Pure Gym come out strongest in Sevenoaks
Pure Gym, advised by ESH have secured planning and exchanged contracts on a new Large Box gym at Otford Road Retail Park, Sevenoaks. Pure Gym will occupy the former Curry’s unit which extends to approximately 10,000 sq ft on a new 10 year lease. Curry’s vacated the premises following a lease expiry. Pure Gym is due to open later this year.

Burger King set to open Whopper in Sutton Coldfield
ESH, acting on behalf of abrdn, have completed a new letting to Burger King on the former Gourmet 4 unit at Princess Alice Retail Park. The lease was concluded in a timely fashion for a term of 20 years and achieving a rent in excess of that of the previous tenant.

AEW agree lease extension with Magnet
AEW have agreed a new 10 year reversionary lease with Magnet on their existing store on Portrack Lane, Stockton on tees where the existing lease expires 23.06.2024.

ESH gain Retail Park instruction from Lothbury Investment Management
Edgerley Simpson Howe are thrilled to have been appointed by Lothbury Investment Management as joint agents on Southampton Road Retail Park, Salisbury alongside Morgan Williams.
The Retail Park comprising approx. 130,000 sq ft of purpose built accommodation forms the largest multi-let retail warehouse scheme in the town and is let to occupiers including B&M, The Range, Next, DFS, Curry’s, Tapi, Oak Furniture Land & Argos. ESH will be principally responsible for advising on the existing approx. 12,500 sq ft leasing opportunity currently let to Argos as the tenant will be relocating at lease expiry to a nearby Sainsbury’s.

Edgerley Simpson Howe are thrilled to have been appointed by Surrey County Council (Halsey Garton Property Investments) as sole agent on Willowbrook Retail Park, Loughborough.
The Retail Park at over 100,000 sq ft of purpose built accommodation forms the largest multi-let retail warehouse scheme in the town and is let to occupiers including B&M, The Range, Pets at Home, Halfords, Dreams & Bensons for Beds. ESH will be responsible for delivering the Council’s medium/ longer term asset management initiatives across the scheme as well as advising on existing leasing opportunities such as the c.6,150 sq ft retail warehouse and the solus 3,700 sq ft restaurant unit.

Ellandi continues progressive asset management in Rotherham
Advised by ESH, Ellandi have continued to deliver on a progressive asset management strategy with a number of retailers committing to the scheme longer term.
