The property is situated opposite an Aldi supermarket and the tenants are Halfords, Argos, Boots, Domino’s Pizza and Barnardos. Lease expiries range from 2017 to 2030 and the total rent is £292,118 pa reflecting £14.50 - £22.50 per sq ft. The planning consent is open A1 non-food. ESH acted for the purchaser.
